Who gets to spy on Americans without a warrant? Trump promised to "restore our republic" and "drain the swamp." Court reporting shows the Justice Department is still holding back Epstein files that a federal law ordered released. Trump lied, and nobody has to fall for it again. David Graham, Libertarian, is on the Kansas ballot for U.S. Senate. A vote for him is not a vote for the Democrat. Vote on principle. Send Trump a direct message. Give the Senate gridlock, so Republicans get the chance to get their house in order and clear out the corruption. Here's what the video's about. In 2018, as a congressman, Roger Marshall voted to renew warrantless 702 spying for six years. In 2024, he was one of only 11 senators who voted to bar 702 surveillance of U.S. persons. In 2026, he voted to restart warrantless FISA 702 spying. Seven Republicans, Lee and Paul among them, voted no. He's also said, "I do care about the Constitution and your rights to privacy." Here's what I can't get past. Marshall says he agrees with President Trump's position that FISA should be fixed rather than allowed to lapse. Kansas, look up. Vote David Graham.
